Job summary

You will execute test cases, document results, track issues, and maintain QA documentation while collaborating with development and product teams. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to design tests, identify edge cases, expand coverage, and validate outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, accounting, economics or related discipline.
• One year of experience in property management, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA methodology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of test results to support debugging and software modification.
• Track software problems and maintain logs of issues and resolutions.
• Develop knowledge of tools, processes and resources that support QA activities.
• Follow QA procedures to test software products and report results.
• Assist with developing, modifying, and executing test plans and automated scripts.
• Compile test results to support analysis of functionality and testing strategies.
• Provide feedback for programming languages, systems and computation software.
• Create detailed Tracking Requests to aid issue resolution.
• Perform unit testing on defect resolutions to ensure integrity and completeness.
• Document reasons for test failures and assist with debugging.
