Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project teams by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles.

You will work under supervision and communicate clearly with internal customers to meet deadlines and stay within budget. In this role, you will assist with cost and labor tracking, material submittals, subcontractor coordination, and contract compliance on utility, MV duct bank, substation, and data center projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in utilities, project management, or construction management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost and labor tracking and project administration.
• Manage material submittals and subcontractor coordination.
• Support contract compliance and project documentation.
• Contribute to data center and mission critical projects focusing on MV duct banks and substations.
• Help optimize performance and reduce costs.
