Job summary

n-Lorem Foundation is seeking a passionate Associate Project Manager or Project Manager to partner with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and the Vice President of Clinical Development. You will help manage the portfolio of patient ASO programs, ensuring documentation, timelines and cross-functional collaboration to progress each program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field required.
• 1-2+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Familiarity with clinical trial conduct including clinical drug development, trials operations, and regulatory components.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized locations for dashboards, metrics reports, tools, and databases.
• Track progress, manage timelines, document key decisions, maintain systems for organizing complex information, and respond to queries.
• Identify gaps to ensure patient programs run smoothly and inform decision-makers.
• Plan, manage, and follow up meetings; develop tailored agendas; generate meeting notes and track actions.
• Coordinate data receipt and materials for all patient programs; assist timeline tracking and analyses.
• Prepare reports for investigators, partners, and leadership; liaise between internal teams and external partners.
• Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities to meet deliverables.

Job Overview

n-Lorem is seeking a passionate, organized, detail- and action-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Project Management and the Vice President of Clinical Development. The successful candidate will help to manage n-Lorem’s portfolio of patients by working closely with a cross-functional team. You will be committed to excellent documentation, timeline management, process improvement, and efficiency. You will also ensure activities are streamlined within the organization based on rapidly evolving development and operational priorities. Your day-to-day activities will focus on the advancement of all n-Lorem Patient ASO programs and business operations activities to meet the needs of our patients and internal team. In general, you will assist the clinical operations and program management leadership teams with tasks such as ensuring consistent documentation across the n-Lorem portfolio, detailed record keeping of project details and communications, and working with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate communication and forward progress of all patient programs. No two days will be the same and flexibility will be key as an important member of our fast-paced growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of centralized locations for all Clinical and Development Operations including dashboards, metrics reports, tools, and databases.
• Work closely with Clinical Development and Program Management teams to track progress, manage timelines, document key decisions, maintain systems for organizing complex information, and respond to queries.
• Proactively identify and address potential gaps across the organization to ensure patient programs run smoothly and stakeholders have access to business-critical information to enable decision making.
• Meeting Planning, Management, and Follow-up, including:
• Scheduling.
• Facilitate group discussions with diverse perspectives across geographies, and bring teams to agreement.
• Development of tailored agendas to each unique patient program.
• Generate meeting minutes and track action items of varying scope and importance to ensure all items owned by you (and others) are completed in a timely fashion.
• Manage process to obtain and coordinate receipt of required data and materials for all patient programs.
• Assist scientific teams with timeline tracking, and conduct periodic analyses of aggregate timeline data.
• General document management including detailed record keeping and co-authoring process documents and standardized templates.
• Creation and maintenance of critical external communication lists and team rosters.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose possible solutions and **escalate** potential issues.
• Prepare reports and correspondence to investigators, partners, collaborators, and the n-Lorem leadership team.
• Act as a liaison between internal n-Lorem teams and physician and institution teams.
• Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with evolving project priorities to meet deliverables and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned to support our quickly-growing multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 1-2+ years of experience in Project Management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Familiarity with the principles of clinical trial conduct including clinical drug development, clinical trials operations, and regulatory components.
• Strong and crisp written and verbal communication with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• A team player who has a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
