What You'll Do

• Lead site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our standards and client expectations.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting‑edge project design and analysis.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to our growth.
• Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing.
• Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures.
• Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.

What You Bring
