What You'll Do
- Lead site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our standards and client expectations.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting‑edge project design and analysis.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to our growth.
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing.
- Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures.
- Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
What You Bring
- Professional Engineer license preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven track record in managing land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Business development skills and proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
Pay Range
$90,000 - $125,000 USD
