Dell Mesical School is seeking nan Associate Program Manager for the Enterprise Project Management Office.

We are seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager who wants to build a career in project management while directly contributing to our five-year strategic plan, Health Starts Here.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of projects independently, while supporting our Project Managers on cross‑functional initiatives that span Workforce, Facilities, Integrated Clinical Practice, Research, Education, Finance, and Technology. You’ll work closely with a talented team of project managers, project coordinators, and executive leaders, gaining hands‑on exposure across the full breadth of the institution’s strategic priorities.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
Relevant education or experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Experience supporting or managing projects in a healthcare, academic, or enterprise setting. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana). Familiarity with healthcare operations or regulatory environments.
$60,000 + depending on qualifications
Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University‑Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. Staff who are promotion/transfer eligible may apply for positions without supervisor approval.
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
