Publicis Commerce in the Detroit (Troy) area is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support client projects and maintain project accuracy, timeliness and client satisfaction.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–1 years of related experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus strong time-management and communication skills. Candidates must reside within commutable distance to our Detroit (Troy) or Chicago office.

Overview

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager. This person will support the management of client projects and processes to ensure project accuracy, timeliness and client satisfaction. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Detroit (Troy) or Chicago office for a hybrid work schedule.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLES:

• Traffic tactical project flows
• Learn and apply our ways of working to the day-to-day executional tasks
• Open jobs
• Assist with project schedules
• Assist with status reports
• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in all other needs

SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

• 0-1 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field, in addition to any internship experience
• Interest in the Project Management discipline
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressure
• Detail orientation and ability to ensure thatprojectsare developed in line with client’s brand style and guidelines
• Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
• Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Desire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics; retail/shopper knowledge is a plus
• Effective interpersonal skills working well across functions
• Conscientious work ethic

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $59,553.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
