General Information:
The Associate Project Manager (APM) plays a key role in project execution within HV Service, ensuring the delivery and completion of goods or services to customers, with a focus on invoice release through cash collection.
About this position:
- Collaborate directly with the commercial operations team to ensure all customer and order information is complete and accurate. Review and audit order handoffs, contract details, payment terms, and schedules.
- Verify order documents and engage with the commercial team during project close-out.
- Review and confirm all service sales order documentation in the HE ERP tool (SAP). Verify field service completion dates in the field service scheduling tool (MSA).
- Facilitate communication between the commercial operations team and the operations team (field and production) to support Accounts Receivable (AR) reduction.
- Manage the AR list for HV Service portfolio.
- Guide and coordinate with the commercial operations and project management teams to ensure on-time payments for current and future sales orders.
- Maintain and reduce overdue payments by collaborating with the finance team and global business services.
- Update all service sales order documentation in SAP, verify service dates, and ensure proper documentation and data entry into MSA via SAP.
- For service orders with parts, confirm product schedules, shipments, and timely delivery of materials.
- Assist the project management team with administrative tasks related to project orders and turnkey projects. Provide support by communicating project updates, scheduling, change notices, and close-out documentation to customers.
- Manage customer relations concerning shipping, tracking, delivery, scheduling, and order documentation. Verify scope of supply per customer PO, finalize projects, initiate invoicing, review AR backlog with the controller, and resolve customer disputes to ensure payment collection.

Your Background:
- Strong customer focus.
- Legal work authorization to work in the United States for Hitachi Energy.
- Experience managing multiple project timelines.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills, including intercultural communication.
- Proficiency with SAP and experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management processes and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of high voltage products and services is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
