Job summary

Elicit requirements through workshop sessions, driving actionable functional specifications to build real-life systems and translate requirements into project deliverables and measures of success using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years in the following: coordinating communication with senior leadership regarding ongoing initiatives, business requirements, and identified risks; preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project updates, requirements, and test scripts; collaborating with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions supporting treasury functions; independently managing more than three (3) concurrent projects or workstreams, prioritizing deliverables, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced financial services environment; engaging with stakeholders to gather perspective, define issues, guide project activities, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle; and independently scoping and delivering projects on time and within budget, including defining scope, managing risks and constraints, updating status reports, and executing user acceptance testing.
