Responsibilities

• Extensive financial modeling in Microsoft Excel to assess optimal debt and tax equity structures.
• Ensure data room completeness and accessibility for third‑party capital providers.
• Prepare marketing materials for debt and tax equity RFPs with indicative economic terms.
• Assist managers in negotiating market‑leading financing structures through financial analysis.
• Coordinate data collection with appraisers, independent engineers, insurers, transmission consultants, and other third parties on project financings.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage construction financing draws.
• Support pre‑ and post‑closing interest rate hedging responsibilities.

Desired Experience and Skills

• 4+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, M&A, or similar roles, with preference for renewable‑specific or transaction‑focused experience.
• Proficient in complex financial modeling.
• Detail‑oriented and able to deliver consistently accurate results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of concisely conveying results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary and Compensation

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $113,000 and $141,525 per year; base pay may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes an annual bonus.
