Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and conduct segments of engineering projects.
• Define project scope, work statements, budgets, and manpower.
• Assign tasks to teams and suppliers and provide project direction.
• Coordinate across engineering, program management, and customers.
• Identify potential technical, budget, or schedule issues and address them.
• Report progress and budget status to management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and FAA/military requirements.
• Lead engineering project teams under senior guidance.
