LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is seeking an Associate Program Manager to join the PMO.

This entry-to-mid level role provides day-to-day project coordination, schedule monitoring, milestone tracking, action management, and program status visibility. Initially, you will support Engineering-focused programs and Customer Jobs, working with the Senior Program Manager and engineering managers responsible for New Product Development and Advanced Design, with potential to handle STEP and STEP-Lite

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a PMO or engineering environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program-management support for assigned programs and projects.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and critical dates.
• Track project activities and follow up on upcoming and overdue deliverables.
• Maintain action, issue, risk, and milestone tracking.
• Identify schedule conflicts, dependencies, and emerging execution risks.
• Escalate significant risks or unresolved issues to the appropriate manager.
• Prepare concise project status information for routine reviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely project information in established systems.
• Support Engineering activities and customer jobs with visibility to milestones and dates.
• Assist with production schedule monitoring to align with engineering priorities.
• Support NPD, Advanced Design, STEP/STEP-Lite programs as knowledge grows.
• Maintain program records and governance artifacts.
