Job summary

SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Project Coordinator to help expand profitable programs across product lines. You will work with product managers to drive launches and resolve cross-functional challenges.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in project management, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. You will contribute to merchandising, digital content, and at-retail execution while aligning schedules with teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably at a consumer goods company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful, well organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project management activities for product improvements, optimizations, and line extensions.
  • Support product lines through growth, active, and end-of-life stages with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist in creation/management of merchandising, training, digital content support at retail.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teammates to maintain schedules for line expansions.
  • Maximize product line value and align with teams for successful launches.
  • Work with Product Managers for program launch and execution analysis and feedback.
  • Manage the PMO of all SKU extensions and ensure production deadlines.

Role Overview

This role will support the Business with the expansion of successful and profitable programs for key products to ensure continued growth of the current portfolios. This role is expected to become the expert in SharkNinja product lines, coordinating market and product expansion to meet the needs of the global consumer and retailer/marketing requests. Responsibilities
  • Assist with project management activities for product improvements, optimizations, and line extensions
  • Support product lines through the growth, active, and end of life stages by providing cross‑functional support to resolve product, quality, manufacturing and customer challenges
  • Assist in the creation/management of merchandising, training, digital content support and execution at retail
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teammates to convey tactical deliverables and key milestones to maintain schedules for line expansions
  • Maximize the value of product line and align with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful launches in the marketplace
  • Work with Product Managers for program launch and execution analysis while maintaining proper feedback to close open initiatives
  • Manage the PMO of all SKU extensions and work cross‑functionally to ensure production deadlines are successfully executed
Requirements & Attributes
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business
  • 1+ years of experience in project management preferably at a consumer goods company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, high‑impact environment
  • Strong organization and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $62,400 — $95,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
