Job summary

Renown Health and the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine seek an Associate Program Director for the Psychiatry Residency Program. This full-time role includes a robust outpatient clinical practice across multidisciplinary clinics, protected time for administration, mentorship, and scholarly activity, and teaching medical students, residents, fellows, and PA students.

Board-eligible or board-certified in General Psychiatry and board-eligible/board-certified in Child and Adolescent

Qualifications

• MD or DO and Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Psychiatry by ABPN
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by ABPN
• Eligible for Nevada medical licensure, state DEA and license requirements

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, residents, fellows and PA students.
• Provide clinical care across outpatient psychiatry clinics within an integrated system.
• Contribute to curriculum development, simulation education or research initiatives.
• Participate in program administration and mentorship for residents and faculty.
