LifeBridge Health, a $2B+ integrated healthcare system serving more than one million patients annually throughout Maryland, seeks a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician or Medicine Subspecialist to join our academic faculty as an Associate Program Director (APD) within our Internal Medicine Residency Program. While this is a full-time position, the APD portion of the role can be up to a 0.5 FTE, with the remaining time allocated to clinical practice in the ambulatory setting. The APD time allocation is negotiable depending on specialty and need. Open to Internal Medicine (outpatient), Pulmonology, Endocrinology and Gastroenterology candidates. This is an ambulatory position that would allow you to see internal medicine patients in our outpatient clinics as well as a panel of your own specialty patients, if applicable. This leadership position combines graduate medical education, residency program administration, ambulatory curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and outpatient clinical practice. The Associate Program Director will partner closely with the Program Director to advance resident education, ambulatory training experiences, support ACGME accreditation standards, and foster excellence in outpatient internal medicine. Based at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, a regional medical campus of George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences, this position offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of Internal Medicine physicians while maintaining an active outpatient practice.
