University of Miami Health System seeks an Associate Professor of Clinical Orthopedics (Hand) to join the Miller School of Medicine. Based at UHealth SoLe Mia North Miami, you will provide expert hand and upper-extremity care, teach residents and students, and lead research initiatives as part of a collaborative academic team.

The role includes on-call duties, departmental and hospital service engagement, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD required.
• Completion of a Fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding clinical care to orthopedic patients, including on-call.
• Teach, train, and supervise residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Contribute to and help develop clinical research within the Department of Orthopedics.
• Participate in appropriate Department and School committees.
• Engage in relevant departmental and hospital administrative activities.
