About This Position

The Department of Physiological Sciences in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Oklahoma State University seeks applications for a tenure‑track faculty position specializing in bioinformatics, cancer cell biology, metabolomics, and advanced data analytic approaches to the complex study of chronic disease. Candidates with demonstrated interdisciplinary skills and a PhD in a relevant field are strongly preferred. Experience commensurate with the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor is required. A DVM, MD, or comparable degree is desirable. Extramural funding experience and a national reputation for research excellence may lead to consideration for the Sitlington Endowed Chair.

Research Environment

The College of Veterinary Medicine provides a state‑of‑the‑art laboratory complex including PCR, flow cytometry, microarray printing, imaging, and an on‑site vivarium accredited by AAALAC. Additional facilities are available at Innovation Park, the Henry Bellmon Research Center, and shared cores for NMR and X‑ray crystallography.
