Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing build plans to meet customer contractual delivery schedules.
• Utilize MRP system to input Master Schedule build plans, track material availability, status kit readiness, release shop orders, and maintain all shop order records and inventory integrity.
• Update and maintain make items lead times within MRP system.
• Manage floor stock of program components.
• Work jointly with Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build schedule and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Materials Planners to manage schedule and material dock dates for planning accuracy.
• Provide hardware status, updates and performance statistics to the program team based on MES status.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field

Job Description:

• Develop and implement manufacturing build plans to meet customer contractual delivery schedules
• Utilize Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system to input Master Schedule build plans, track material availability, status kit readiness, release shop orders, and maintain all shop order records and inventory integrity
• Update and maintain make items lead times within MRP system
• Manage floor stock of program components
• Work jointly with Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build schedule and address any issues in a timely manner
• Work with Materials Planners to proactively manage the schedule and material dock dates to ensure accuracy of planning
• Provide hardware status, updates and performance statistics to program team based on status of hardware through Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
