Job summary

Veeva Systems in the life sciences SaaS space is hiring an Associate Product Manager to build and grow Vault-to-Vault connections for Vault Medical. You will partner with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to define product definitions, solution maps, and roadmaps, and to specify detailed requirements.

If you're a self-starter who can execute with ambiguity, you'll join a team of industry and technology leaders delivering the next generation of Veeva Medical Affairs products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in product management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

The Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to build and grow standard Vault-to-Vault connections for Vault Medical. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct a product definition, a solution map, and roadmap, and define detailed product specifications.

We’re looking for a self-starter that takes initiative with a natural ability to execute, adapt, and learn quickly when faced with ambiguity. You will work closely with a team of industry and technology A-players, who together are bringing to life the next generation of Veeva products to Medical Affairs.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience in product management

Nice to Have

• Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart
• Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog
• Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
• Track record of effectively collaborating with engineering/QA to define, design, and deliver the product

Compensation

• Base pay: $60,000 - $120,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
