Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (entry level role).
• Experience in brand or product roles (consumer packaged goods preferred).
• Understanding of product commercialization and stage-gate governance.

Responsibilities

• Support the product management team and lead your own projects, including enhancements, competitive research, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Drive new product development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns.
• Work with Creative department to create visually appealing interfaces.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to develop product recommendations.
• Evaluate opportunities through stage-gate from ideation to market launch.
• Manage portfolio to promote new products and grow existing lines.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities.
