Job summary

StubHub is hiring an Associate Product Manager for Paid Search / Acquisition to own the operating system behind our Paid Search surface. You will drive an experiment-driven roadmap, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and establish reliable measurement to improve performance.

You will work in a hybrid New York-based role, partnering across StubHub and viagogo teams. The position emphasizes practical delivery, product thinking, and the ability to balance business goals with measurement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience directly managing and improving Google Ads campaigns across a large, complex portfolio.
• Experience with ROAS targets and bid strategies across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to measure impact and explain results with data.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvements to campaign structure, bidding, ROAS, keywords, ads, and sitelinks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to turn opportunities into delivery plans.
• Maintain experiment plans, hypotheses, success measures, and results.
• Document decisions and findings for future use.
