Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time degree program in Engineering, CS, Business, Economics or related field, graduating between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
• 0–1 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles; fintech or tech internship is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities with experience thriving in cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit — ownership of projects, turning ideas into action, and driving innovation.
• Passion for fintech and learning about financial products, markets, and emerging technologies.

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll be at the center of our product innovation. You'll work alongside top talent from engineering, design, research, and more to bring groundbreaking financial products to life. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$130,000 — $130,000 USD
