Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of coursework or program focused on software development or related skills (e.g., technology related college coursework, bootcamp, certification program, coding academy).

Responsibilities

• Assist with defining product and feature requirements and communicate them to UX and technology delivery teams.
• Contribute to the vision and success criteria for feature scope under supervision.
• Support agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering to align backlogs with business goals.
• Engage with analytics and OKRs to track health and impact of defined features.
