Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Moon Township, PA. The role focuses on formulating and implementing product line strategy for the Air Circuit Breaker line, coordinating with Engineering, North American Sales, Marketing Communications, and Production/Operations.

The role supports Machinery and Electrical OEMs, with exposure to core and emerging vertical markets and new technologies. Relocation assistance is provided for eligible US candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in marketing, sales, or engineering.
• Minimum one year of experience in providing sales/field support and customer/industry presentations.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide product application knowledge, interface with customers, and develop plans to support the product line goals.
• Generate customer and technical presentations using product knowledge.
• Perform ad hoc data mining and analysis to support business decisions.
• Support new product development and strategic direction planning for the product line.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to optimize customer service and market penetration.
• Manage division, customer and department resources to maximize growth opportunities.
• Develop growth plans, provide sales support, and conduct market analysis.
• Create marketing collateral to educate sales and customers about Air Circuit Breakers.
