Job summary

Alto-Shaam is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support Senior Product Managers across halo categories, helping manage product roadmaps and gather the voice of customers. You will build competitive analyses, contribute to pricing strategies, and train sales teams while collaborating with pricing leadership.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, curiosity, and an appetite for AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
0–3 years of professional experience in product management, pricing, finance, analytics, marketing, or sales support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort learning ERP and quoting platforms (Oracle and AutoQuotes preferred).

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Product Manager team across assigned halo categories throughout the product line life cycle.
Assist in maintaining product roadmaps and in gathering the voice of the customer.
Build and maintain competitive comparisons, product matrices, and specification data.
Develop into a product expert on assigned categories and support sales training.
Monitor the competitive landscape and share findings with teams.
Serve as resource within ERP (Oracle) for pricing data and discount management.
Help build Pricing Roadmap and pricing strategy insights.
Identify pricing gaps and margin leakage and propose remedies.
