The Associate Product Manager leads the development and execution of strategic plans for assigned product lines. The Associate Product Manager collaborates internally and externally to help drive profitable growth by actively managing Swagelok’s product offering, pricing and promotional strategy. Associate Product Managers support technology trend mapping to help determine product or service requirements desired by the customers to create and maintain a leading market position.

Education: BS/BA in technical or business field.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience with various aspects of Swagelok (or similar company) such as product engineering, manufacturing, customer operations, and marketing. Field sales experience is beneficial, but not required.
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent project management and planning ability. Above average ability to prioritize and focus efforts to achieve goals. Basic Microsoft Office Skills including MS Project.
