What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Plan and market a subset of a product or group of products at all stages of the product lifecycle
2. Provide input on product growth strategies that directly impact P&L performance
3. Coordinate processes with other functional groups to successfully deliver products to market
4. Gather market requirements and define new products or markets to meet mid- and long-term goals
5. Directly interact with customers to gather requirements and travel to meet them as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Applications/Design/R&D/Process Engineering, Technical Sales Support, or fiber optic communications roles
3. 1+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development, or a related field
4. Familiarity with fiber optic communications technologies and products
5. Knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing
