Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an Associate- Product Architecture to help shape the product vision and roadmap across Fanatics Collectibles' trading card portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Strategy and Product Development, driving brand consistency and cross-functional alignment to deliver top-tier trading card products.

The ideal candidate has strong strategic and analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration experience, and knowledge of trading cards or collectibles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in product development or analytics.
  • Trading card or collectibles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support build of trading card products across Topps portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Development teams to deliver product blueprints.
  • Advocate brand standardization across a broad portfolio.
  • Analyze collector insights and market data to inform decisions.
  • Contribute to review of brand performance and innovation opportunities.

Role Summary

We are seeking an Associate- Product Architecture to help shape the product vision and roadmap across Fanatics Collectibles' trading card portfolio. This role is at the intersection of Strategy and Product Development and is part of a high-performing team – driving brand consistency, product optimization, and cross-functional alignment to deliver best-in-class trading card products and collector experiences. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented, analytical operator who knows how to use data-driven insights to lay the groundwork to build the best products across the Topps portfolio.

The ideal candidate has strong strategic and analytical capabilities and work cross-functionally across different teams within the organization. They bring deep knowledge of trading cards, consumer products, and collector engagement, paired with a passion for building the best-in-class products and experiences.

What you will be doing...
  • Supporting the build of trading card products across the Topps portfolio
  • Work closely with the Product Strategy, Creative, and Product Development teams to deliver the highest quality of product deliverables including product blueprints using internal tools and systems
  • Be a champion of Brand standardization and consistency across a broad portfolio
  • Work with the Product Strategy team to analyze collector insights, market data, retailer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Strategy team to contribute to review brand performance, collector insights, insert ecosystems, and innovation opportunities for the upcoming year
What you will bring...
  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Business Analytics, Management Consulting or Strategic Ops
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, BI), AI tools (Claud, Chat GPT, etc.) and comfort learning new internal technology tools.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across different teams, managing senior stakeholders across global organizations, and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Background in developing innovative physical products; trading card or collectibles experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Passion for trading cards, collectibles, and fan culture.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
