Job Title: Associate Producer, WWE Branding & Development

Overview: WWE is seeking a highly creative and motivated Associate Producer to join our branded content creation team. This role offers an exciting balance between field producing/directing and post‑production editing, ideal for a passionate storyteller who thrives both on set and in the edit suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, field production, and post‑production of branded and promotional video content.
  • Direct and produce shoots with WWE talent and crew, ensuring creative and logistical success.
  • Edit projects using AVID, maintaining strong storytelling, pacing, and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with producers, clients, and internal partners to align creative vision and execution.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Assist in all stages of production — from concept through delivery — ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Required to travel of to 50% of the time, including occasional short‑notice assignments.

Skills & Background Required:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Film, Television, Media Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience producing, directing, and editing content across television, digital, or branded platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience directing talent and crews in the field.
  • Proficiency with AVID editing software and strong understanding of production workflows.
  • Excellent storytelling, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience shooting camera is a plus.
