Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks an entry-level Associate Producer in the United States (South Carolina). Through structured training, licensing support, mentorship, and hands-on prospecting, you’ll develop the skills to progress into a Producer role and build a client-facing pipeline.

You will identify new business opportunities, learn commercial insurance and risk management, and collaborate with mentors to deliver client-focused solutions while working toward defined activity and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business development, sales, or professional experience.

• Collaborate with mentors and internal specialists to develop client-focused solutions.
• Achieve established activity, pipeline, and production goals throughout the program.
• Progress toward independent management of client relationships and sales opportunities.

Associate Producer

Position Overview

The Associate Producer Program is designed for high-potential professionals ready to launch a successful career in insurance sales and business development. Through structured training, licensing support, mentorship, and hands-on prospecting experience, Associate Producers develop the skills, habits, and industry expertise necessary to progress into a validated Producer role.

This is an entry-level sales position ideal for motivated individuals who are competitive, coachable, resilient, and eager to build relationships. Associate Producers work alongside experienced Producers and mentors to identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and gain exposure to client-facing activities while building a foundation for long-term success within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, determined by factors including geographic location, relevant experience, demonstrated sales success. As you build your book of business, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth, your earning potential can increase significantly, with the opportunity to exceed the stated salary range.
