Spirit AeroSystems, Wichita, KS, is seeking a Procurement/Supply Chain professional to synchronize the raw material flow across internal and external customers and suppliers.
You will manage supplier contracts, purchase orders, and inventory levels, while leveraging SAP/MRP experience to optimize material availability. The role offers a Total Rewards package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units(“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Spirit AeroSystems’ Raw Material Commodity Purchasing Team is responsible for the procurement of both metallic and non-metallic materials. The company has contracts and agreementsin place with top-tier suppliers across the globe. Procurement Agents have responsibility for various pieces of the purchased component life cycle including requirementidentification, sourcing, order placement and receipt/delivery. Responsible for synchronization of a supply chain for obtaining goods and services for the company. Interfacing with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure quality parts are delivered, to the right place, at the right time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range - (Level 2): $54,550 - $83,650
