Operations is looking for an Associate Process Engineer in Piscataway Township, NJ to support plant operations and implement improvements in process validation and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include analyzing process performance, preparing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Pharmaceutics, or Industrial Pharmacy.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Experience with process optimization and validation.

Responsibilities

• Support process validation and suggest improvements for manufacturing.
• Analyze data to drive process enhancements and performance.
• Help prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
