Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, one of the world’s leading tire manufacturers, has a job opportunity for an Associate Process Engineer at the Bloomington, Illinois Off-Road Tire manufacturing facility. Associate Process Engineers maintain & establish plant specifications to meet requirements in quality, product performance, processability, productivity, standardization, and cost. The Associate Process Engineer will investigate issues with processes and finished products using data-driven problem-solving techniques to identify the root causes and develop countermeasures to remedy material or machine issues, reduce in-process waste and improve product quality.
Pay Range: $63,500.00 - $98,400.00
Technical degree with preference of a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Material Science or similar science-related field.

5+ years’ experience in rubber / tire manufacturing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
