Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Experience in scale-up and process development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop organic chemistry processes and scale-up to provide practical access to potential therapies.
• Support development and oversight of process chemistry and manufacturing controls at commercial sites.
• Perform independent experimentation to generate reliable data and insights.
• Present technical topics to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety, GxP, and appropriate material-handling standards.
