Qualifications

• 3-5 years of corporate and securities law experience at a law firm.
• Experience with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Securities Act of 1933.
• Transactional/M&A experience preferred.
• Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois, New York, or DC.
