Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Associate Technical Programme Manager to oversee growth-related programmes in the Retail Media domain. You will manage dependencies, align with stakeholders, and build the structures needed for success in a complex, networked organization.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive delivery plans, govern multiple workstreams, and partner with senior engineering leaders to show impact through KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in an agile environment, with relevant certification.
• Advocacy for Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them at scale.
• A solid background in technology and the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in identifying and managing cross-departmental dependencies in complex programmes.
• Proven ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with work management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of processing complex concepts and developing innovative solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and provide relevant metrics to stakeholders, including knowledge of growth performance metrics.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and delegate effective

• Implement programme governance, establishing procedures, communication structures, and monitoring processes while ensuring best practices are followed.
• Lead governance meetings with senior stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps and develop KPIs to demonstrate project impact.
• Identify and manage dependencies, resolving team impediments and removing blockers.
• Apply Agile delivery best practices across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ensure effective transparency, dependency management, and planning for both short and long-term outcomes.
• Communicate project status to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring information is readily available for decision-making.
• Proactively identify constraints, dependencies, and risks, organizing delivery to mitigate impact.
• Timebox key milestones and decisions effectively, challenging plans to maximize value delivery.

About This Role

As the Associate Technical Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of growth-related programmes within the Retail Media domain. Your mission?
