Role Description

MathCo is seeking an Associate Principal - Supply Chain Transformation to deepen and expand our partnership with one of our most strategic global CPG clients. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role focused on driving growth across key stakeholder groups within two core service lines, including supply chain, planning, and digital transformation organizations.

The role combines business development, executive client leadership, and deep supply chain domain expertise. The successful candidate will help shape and advance supply chain transformation roadmaps while identifying new opportunities across planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and broader digital transformation initiatives.

As a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will work closely with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, expand MathCo's footprint across buying centers, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable navigating executive conversations, building relationships, leading delivery teams, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic client partner for executive stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, and Digital Transformation functions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain analytics.
• Lead supply chain transformation roadmap discussions and shape long-term strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
• Drive growth within existing accounts by expanding workstreams, uncovering new use cases, and partnering with internal and client stakeholders to develop solution strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional MathCo teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment between client objectives and execution plans.
• Translate analytics, AI, and technology capabilities into actionable business recommendations and transformation programs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively address risks, and drive successful outcomes across multiple initiatives.
• Support business development efforts including opportunity identification, proposal development, account planning, and executive presentations.
• Leverage MathCo's global delivery model by working effectively with distributed and cross-cultural teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Transformation, Planning, or Operations leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
• Logistics and Distribution
• Manufacturing Operations
• Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation
• Proven experience managing and growing strategic enterprise client relationships.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, shape, and close consulting, analytics, and transformation opportunities.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global delivery environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Large global CPG organizations.
• Background in supply chain analytics, digital transformation, AI/ML-enabled planning, or enterprise planning platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
