• Minimum of seven years’ experience with manual and automation technologies.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

• Financial services or derivatives clearing experience preferred.

In this role, you will design and champion automation strategies that keep our mission-critical financial systems stable, performant, and continuously deliverable. You will partner closely with developers, product owners, and platform engineers to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle — from sprint planning through production release.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.Specific duties and responsibilities include creating, maintaining and executing automation test plans, writing code against software platforms, estimating testing efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participation in day-to-day test activities (functional, regression and integration), and contribute to the company’s performance and scalability testing effortsContribute to our long-term vision and strategy for improved quality via automationDevelop, enhance and extend automation frameworksIdentify quality tasks during team sprint cycle and implement automation for new featuresAnalyze and communicate test results and defect trackingParticipate in performance and load test effortsAssist in the planning, creation and control of the test environments and test dataDefine test strategy, conduct requirements analysis for testability, identify scope, conduct risk and mitigation planning, configuration management planning, write master and detailed test plans for test planning and designParticipate in the review of test procedures and processes and provide recommendations for improvements to eliminate redundancies in testing and improve efficiency.Support regression testing and introduction of required changes as new releases are introducedProvide support for the Ovations systems including, but not limited to, research and resolution of system issues, user support, and scheduled activitiesBuild upon/maintain professional relationships with key colleagues and vendors to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet the current and future needs of OCCSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneQualifications:The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
