Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field with 4+ years of industrial experience post-Ph.D.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• Proven ability to design, execute and interpret experiments to improve process understanding and control strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, scale-up, and commercialization of small molecule manufacturing processes.
• Design and execute process characterization studies to define operating ranges.
• Apply QRM, QbD and statistics to develop robust control strategies.
• Provide tech leadership for technology transfer to pilot and commercial sites.
• Support process validation, continued process verification, regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Research, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
