Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, platform product leadership, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Proven success shaping enterprise-scale platform strategy and influencing senior leaders.
- Deep expertise in data platforms, AI-enabled product capabilities, and developer platforms.
- Fluent with AI tools and responsible AI-first product practices.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing platform product teams and governance models.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-domain platform product strategy connecting internal capabilities with AI delivery and architecture.
- Lead platform thought leadership and partner with engineering leaders to evaluate tradeoffs and service ownership.
- Influence standards for reusable capabilities, adoption measurement, and internal UX.
- Advise executives on strategy, discovery, stakeholder alignment, and AI-enabled delivery maturity.
- Build team and career development plans for platform product managers.
- Ensure accountability for platform adoption, outcomes, and delivery results.
- Communicate strategy in executive forums and drive talent multiplication.
