Blue Matter in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Principal to help build the business on the West Coast. You will lead cross-functional project teams in product commercialization, portfolio and organizational strategy, and engage senior clients.
The role emphasizes client development, recruiting top talent, and identifying new business opportunities, with a compensation package including base salary and incentive structures.
Blue Matter is a rapidly growing management consultancy focused primarily in the biopharmaceutical industry. We partner with our clients to help them achieve commercial success across the lifecycle of their products and portfolios. Our project types span, but aren’t limited to, new product planning, launch strategy and planning, commercial strategy, portfolio strategy, and disease area strategy. The majority of our work is in specialty therapeutics, with oncology, immunology, neurology, rare diseases, and Cell and Gene therapy as specific areas of expertise. We have a strong presence across our offices, but especially on the West Coast (through our San Francisco headquarters), East Coast (through our Boston and New York City offices) and in Europe (through our London and Zurich offices). As an Associate Principal in the San Francisco office, you will join a dynamic team responsible for helping build the Blue Matter business on the East Coast.
Base salary range: $185,000 - $225,000 per year. Generous incentive compensation structure.
