The role emphasizes strong English communication; German is preferred. You will work with our engineering teams to deliver robust software for complex packaging equipment demonstrations and customer sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a C++ developer.
• Proficient with STL, COM/DCOM, and BOOST.
• Experience with multi-threaded design and OO principles.
• Strong communication in English; German preferred.

Role - Senior C++ Developer
Location - Fort Washington, PA 19034
Working Model – Onsite (5 days a week)
Employment type - Fulltime / Contractor

Job Overview

• Reviewing and co-specifying requirements for new and existing features.
• Designing and coding the software (C++ and Object-Oriented programming).
• Implementation and testing of the developed software code.
• Support advanced packaging equipment demo, qualification, and buyoff in-house or at international customer sites.
• Proficient in C++ and Object-Oriented Analysis & Object-Oriented Design Methodologies.
• Multi-threaded programming skills and understanding design patterns.
• Result-driven and can-do mentality.
• Eager to learn new technologies and driven to share ideas with internal peers.
• Well-developed communication skills in English and German are preferred.

Qualifications

Must Haves

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a C++ Developer.
• Experienced with STL, COM/DCOM and BOOST (or equivalent templates) is highly preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience in Tcl/Tk and Python is an advantage.
