Job summary

United Community in Orlando, FL seeks a Wealth Management Associate Portfolio Manager to help construct and manage discretionary portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients under the guidance of the Director, Portfolio Management.

You will assist with portfolio design, rebalancing, performance reporting, client presentations, and investment research, collaborating with Private Bankers and Trust Officers to deliver a high-quality wealth management experience.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of investment strategies and asset allocation.
• Understanding of performance measurement concepts and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, construction, and maintenance of client portfolios aligned with objectives and risk tolerances.
• Support portfolio rebalancing, trade execution, and cash management under direction.
• Prepare investment reviews, performance reports, and client presentation materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance and market conditions; elevate observations to the Director.
• Participate in client meetings and relationship review sessions as a supporting team member.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers, Trust Officers, and other internal teams in a support and sales capacity.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and investment guidelines.
• Conduct market, economic, and investment research to support portfolio decisions; maintain client records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and industry visibility activities.
