Caxton Associates in New York is seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager to join their comprehensive two-year program. This role is designed for those with strong backgrounds in asset management, hedge funds, and market-making. Candidates will manage client and proprietary capital using global macro hedge fund strategies.

The position offers a base salary of $175,000 plus additional compensation based on trading profitability. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in investment strategies and an entrepreneurial risk-taking spirit.

Formación

• 3-10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds or market making.
