Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships and uncovering needs to convert opportunities into active business.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to increase volume, revenue, and wallet share.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions by responding quickly to questions, managing exceptions and escalations, and resolving conflict professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet customer commitments and service expectations.
• Quote and price freight, applying negotiation skills, market insight, and customer buying patterns to execute pricing strategy.
• Plan, build, and execute shipments (with AI agent support) aligned to customer expectations
• Identify account growth potential and cultivate transactional relationships into more committed, repeatable partnerships supported by business development resources.
• Use data, reporting, and market/customer updates to uncover service and growth opportunities and inform daily priorities.
• Improve how work gets done by adopting new tools/technology, identifying automation opportunities, and helping document and follow SOPs.
• Operate with urgency and a team-first mindset by supporting teammates’ customers when needed and contributing in daily/weekly stand‑ups.

Compensation Range $19.23 - $38.47 The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
