Qualifications

• DPM degree from an Accredited School.
• Graduation from an accredited podiatry medical school and completion of an accredited residency program.
• Board Qualified or Board Certified (DPM and Podiatric Surgery).
• Eligibility for Arizona Podiatry Medical License.
• Current DEA License.

Responsibilities

• Treat approximately 30 patients per day, three days per week.
• Surgery is performed on Wednesday at on-site and at a third-party operated full surgical facility.
• Staff consists of eight members ensuring efficient patient service and bilingual support where needed.
