Job summary

Foot & Ankle Concepts, a well-established podiatry group in Southern California, is seeking two Associate Podiatrists (DPM) to cover Oxnard/Santa Barbara and Palmdale/Lancaster areas. These roles offer a high earning potential ($150,000 - $300,000+ base + bonus) and a strong patient base.

Two full-time positions involve rotating between two clinics, with robust support and opportunities for growth in both conservative and surgical foot and ankle care.

Qualifications

• DPM degree and active California license or eligibility.
• Residency completion required.
• Surgical training preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions.
• Perform in-office procedures and surgical care as appropriate.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Rotate between two clinic locations within the region.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
