Job summary

Cornea Consultants of Texas (CCT) is seeking a fellowship-trained, partnership-track associate to join a busy practice of two full-time ophthalmologists. The candidate will spend time at all CCT locations, including Arlington, Fort Worth, and Plano, collaborating with referral doctors to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Join a busy practice of two full-time ophthalmologists and spend time at all CCT locations (Arlington, Fort Worth, Plano).
• Interact with and foster lasting relationships with referral doctors to optimize patient care.
• Provide high-quality clinical care in cornea, anterior segment, and refractive surgery.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-based practice with a focus on education and empathy.

Job description

Cornea Consultants of Texas (CCT) is seeking a fellowship-trained, partnership-track associate to join a busy practice of two full-time ophthalmologists. CCT is a growing, referral-based sub-specialty cornea, anterior segment, and refractive surgery practice. CCT is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with offices currently in Arlington, Fort Worth, and Plano. We are looking for a highly-skilled surgeon who values empathy and patient education. A team-oriented attitude and excellent clinical skills are required. The ability to interact with and forge lasting relationships with referral doctors is imperative. We offer a competitive salary with bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, state-of-the-art facilities, and the opportunity for partnership. The Arlington location is only a few blocks from an experienced ASC with a femtosecond laser. The Fort Worth office building has an efficient ASC on-site. The Plano location has a surgery center nearby as well. The new associate will spend time at all CCT locations.
