Associate Physician - OBGYN - MaineHealth, Internal Float Position

MaineHealth is seeking full- or part‑time BC Obstetrician Gynecologists for two internal float pool positions. This opportunity allows flexible work at MaineHealth hospitals in Maine and New Hampshire, including office, gynecology surgery and obstetrics, while maintaining work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

The physician will serve as an attending physician in a rotating capacity across all MaineHealth community hospitals with delivery services, including:

• MaineHealth Franklin Hospital, Farmington, ME
• MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital, Damariscotta, ME
• MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital, Brunswick, ME
• MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital, Rockport, ME
• MaineHealth Stephens Hospital, Norway, ME
• MaineHealth Maine Medical Center, Biddeford, ME
• MaineHealth Memorial Hospital, North Conway, NH

Provide clinical care in office, surgery and obstetrics settings with access to sub‑specialty referral and consultation services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Ability to be licensed in Maine and New Hampshire.
• Five or more years of experience in full‑scope obstetrics and gynecology, comfortable practicing independently in rural locations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in changing team environments.
