Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Frisco, TX seeks an Associate Physician to deliver compassionate, patient-centered fertility care as part of our clinical team. You will work with experienced physicians to evaluate patients, plan treatments, and perform key procedures in a supportive environment.

The role requires an MD or DO, board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, REI fellowship, and an active Texas license.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-certified/board-eligible in OB/GYN with REI fellowship required.
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct fertility consultations and assessments.
  • Perform fertility procedures (ultrasounds, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies).
  • Educate patients on treatments, options, and medications with empathy.
  • Collaborate with nurses, embryologists, and staff to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
  • Stay current with reproductive medicine advances and evidence-based practices.
  • Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in outreach events and clinical research as applicable.

About The Role

The Associate Physician is a key member of the clinical team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered fertility care while supporting the growth and success of the clinic. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of physicians and staff to help individuals and families on their journey to parenthood. The Associate Physician will engage in a variety of clinical, procedural, and consultative responsibilities, contributing to the clinic's mission and high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations and assessments for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including medical history reviews and treatment planning.
  • Perform fertility-related procedures, including but not limited to ultrasounds, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and hysteroscopies.
  • Provide detailed patient education on treatment options, protocols, and medications while addressing patient concerns with empathy and expertise.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with medical and legal requirements.
  • Stay current with advancements in reproductive medicine, applying evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the clinic's quality improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in marketing or outreach events, as needed, to promote the clinic and its services.
  • Support clinical research initiatives, if applicable.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Education & Licensure:
    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
    • Completion of a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellowship is required.
    • Valid medical license in the state of practice or ability to obtain one
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and build relationships with patients and team members.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.
