CoStar Group, Inc. seeks an Associate Photographer in Raleigh, NC to capture residential properties, produce 3‑D tours with Matterport Pro3, and create high‑quality marketing photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

You will work with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize bookings and deliver exceptional client service while upholding CoStar safety standards and professional representation.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Photographer license obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and detail‑oriented skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service experience with a client‑first mindset.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Overview

The Associate Photographer is responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com, creating virtual tours, floorplans, and photography of residential homes and apartments. Each photographer is given a core territory and will scan homes with Matterport Pro3 cameras and capture marketing photographs.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management.
• Navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage and identify new inventory.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary to perform job functions.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience with a client‑first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Photographer license obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and detail‑oriented skills.
• Capable of accurately capturing and entering data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Compensation

Base compensation: $49,000–$50,000 (annual). Performance‑based incentives may also apply.
